Red spots under eyes..

I have quite a few and I can't figure out why. I also have a few on my upper lids. It looks like I bawled my eyes out :confused: (haven't cried in a while) The only thing I can figure is that maybe it's from lifting? :shrug: We just started back into it this week. But I've never had it happen before; that I can recall anyhow.

Any ideas?
