High Carb Days when you're getting in about 2 g carbs per lb bodyweight . . .

you can take protein down to 1 g/ lb bodyweight, right? to keep cals not quite so skyhigh . . .

Nope. Keep your protein intake constant.

Adjust your fat intake if you need to reduce your caloric intake.

well, I'm trying to keep my fat intake high as an experimentation to see if if helps my hormones stabilize some.

but, hmmm. I know that the carb cycling articles say to keep everything else constant and just adust carbs, but I seem to remember T saying that you may not need protein as high when carbs are up.

I typically leave protein the same and adjust carbs, and maybe a bit of fat depending on caloric goals.

but 1 g/lb is still sufficient intake given that carbs are protein sparing?

I thought so. thanks.

I had one girl at school ask what that "stuff" was when I was mixing up my pp one day. I told her it was pp and hoping she would drop it since pp is like alien food to college girls.

and then she proceeded to ask if I was trying to build muscle. as if pp was only for getting "bulky"

I didn't have the energy to explain and walked away.
