If I lift weights in the morning and then do HIIT at night, do I need 2 PWO meals? And would my PWO after HIIT be the same as the one following weights with respect to protein/carb ratios?

1. If it fits into your daily macros, I would say yes.
2. Hmm...probably pretty close to what you take in after training. I may not consume as many rice cakes though, you tend to get carried away with those.

I lift weights in the AM and eat my PWO meal. I do hit in the PM and just eat my normal meal afterwards.
