So we need 1g of protein for pound of body weight, what about carbs and fats? How do I split those up? The goal is fat loss and I'm nto carb cycling.

It depends.

But in all honesty, you can divide it up as you want. Once you've met your protein and EFA needs, and you have your calories set appropriately, the rest is secondary. Shoot for more carbs on training days ... since you'll have a greater need for them, and less on your off days, since you won't.

What does it depend on? Do you mean more carbs on training days or are there other things it depends on?

More carbs on training days is generally a good idea.

Other issues relate to carb tolerance, etc. Some people can handle more carbs than others.
