Would you say that you would be able to see a dramatic difference between fitness competitors who use this and those who don't? Or is it just an individual thing--like something that may or may not enhance someone's individual performance? I understand there's a lot of good scientific backing for this and that people have testified to seeing results . . . I guess my question is whether this is a "must have" or just something that may be something to check out. Do you think it's a pre-req to getting top results? Just interested in your personal opinions...

I don't think you can visibly tell if someone uses a stimulant or not.

In my opinion, I don't know that an EC stack does anything more than give one more energy to perhaps work at a higher intensity level for a longer period of time.I think anyone who is relying on them for physical conditioning is going to be disappointed.
