Avatar doesn't update

It just shrinks down the old one to the dimensions of the new one. I was going to post a shot of my back, and although it seemed to recognize the size difference of the one I uploaded, it retains the old image. Weirdness. Now I have short, squatty legs.

Something about my settings SUCK!! When Leah put up her face, I was still seeing a big red X. And, now I see quads as hers and marks avi's. I guess tomorrow I'll see backs. :lol:
