what is the guide to figuring our weight for the three day full body workout? today all the exercises supposed to be done for 5 sets of 6 reps ea, so do I pick a weight that I can barely lift 6 times? Since I have to do 6 sets..... I am confused :confused:

choose a weight that challenges you

more reps=less weight
lessreps=more weight

Choose a weight that you could do 8 reps with on the first set.

Thanks both of you! I am off to the gym, this is my first day doing the three day full body workout! I'm excited! :p
