According to Muscle and Fitness HERS, that is a realistic goal. :lol: Why do I buy those stupid magazines. Of course, the only advice it gave was to eat 500 calories over maintainance to complement your training to reach your goals. :blink:

damn....that's all I have to do to gain 10 lbs? Eat 500 calories more? I'm gettin' gyped...hasn't worked for me so far :ban:

dont millions of americans eat 500+cals above maitenice everyday. and they are overweight. seems like really incomplete info

I was in GNC a few month ago on an emergency protein powder purchase....some skinny little dude was in there asking the guy about D-bol and test boosters and stuff. I had to laugh because normally I see big dudes asking about it....no, it was a barely 18 year old ninny.
