Ok - so just had to say that I've been almost perfect the last 4 days of food... Only "opps" was 1/2 a PB cookie (damn my little sister for making them) yesterday with meal 5. It may not be much but it's a HUGE step for me seeing as how I'm a typical binger :p

Good for you! Usually one bite of 'bad' food would send me into a binge....
Just easier for me to stay away for a couple of weeks and allow a day of free eating every now and then.......
Anyway!

I'll join you in that pat on the back! I've been on track since Monday! That's a record for me. Even now as SO is eating hotdogs with chili and sauerkraut (which I LOVE), I'm getting ready to eat my chicken breast with asparagus...*yummy*
