Full Squats
CDLs

what else? Leg press..we have this one machine thing that might be a leg press, except the upper body pushes off the platform..or is that a squat machine?

Not sure what that machine is ...

Leg pressing is good too.
Front squats
RDLs
Sumos
GMs
Etc

Alright, I will add in Front Squats and Leg Press

the machine says it's a Leg press...but it's not the typical one that you usually see in a gym.. :blink:

well there are a couple of those machines ..the one I was talking about is like you are sitting in a chair and then you push off with your feet...

the other one is pretty much like the first, except at more of an angle.. and the last one, you're laying down, with knees bent and push off with feet again...

The first looks like a hack squat :unsure: the second is a leg press...although, a very bad one. Does you gym not have a plate loaded leg press?

Why are you so hell-bent on having all this exercise diversity?

Lots of people have built excellent lower bodies with just squats and DLs.

no :dry: I would have to travel 30 minutes to get to one :dry:
I miss the leg press...

However, I forgot..we do have one back in my hometown HS...so I think I may lift there once I come home at the end of this week...
