I'm all over the place these days with eating, folks. It wouldn't be *quite* as bad if it were just great, healthy food - but I'm RAVENOUS lately and eating everything in sight.
I'm not preggers.
I'm not PMS-ing.
I'm not unhappy.
I'm a *little* stressed out right now about my dad's health (just had lymph nodes in/near his lungs biopsied to test for cancer), my mom's health (diabetes, congestive heart failure. . .which is freaky because she's relatively young and APPEARS extremely healthy. . .skinny, good looking. LOL.) But not so stressed that I should be snapping like this all day long.
I feel like that old kids' board game - Hungry Hungry Hippos! CHOMP CHOMP CHOMP!
Does anyone think it would be a BAD idea to ***temporarily*** use a diet pill or appetite suppressant???? Has anyone out there used one temporarily? Was it hard to get off of when you were done? :grrr:

See Bronkaid thread- that's what I use it for. I find I can use it one day, not use it the next and I'm fine- no weird addictions or side effects from consistent or inconsistent use (except your body increases tolerance after a while of consistent use).
You might also try just plain caffeine.
I'm sorry about your parents' health and the stress it causes you :console:
Good luck.

Sorry to hear about your family. :(
What about going to maintenance for a few weeks to give yourself some caloric and psychological room?

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to happygirl again.
Keep up the positive attitude, cutie!
What about cutting out starches for a few days? Works wonders as an appetite suppressant. Or postpone eating them until your last meal of the day?
