View Full Version : Faked Potato

FRESH

Ingredients: 1-2 Heads of cauliflower
Whatever you like on your baked potato (chives, butter, sour cream, bacon bits... whatever)
How To Prepare: Cook the snot out of the cauliflower. I usually steam it, but I don't think it matters much as long as it is over cooked to the point where you can't pick it up with a fork. Add other ingredients and mash.
Number of Servings: 2-4
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: depends on other ingredients
Preparation Time: about 15 minutes

ROFLMAO!

I don't think I've ever seen the word "snot" in a recipe!

Ha - this is good if you use chicken stock when steaming the cauliflower - I skip the snot though.

I also use chicken broth, I add a few cloves of garlic to the liquid too and then use some of that liquid to mash the cauliflower with.
My 2yr old likes it too :) ofcourse I add ALOT of cheese to his.

my favorite way to eat cauliflower.

I just nuke it and then puree it in the food processor. LOVE it with extra garlic.. makes it nice and spicey.
