Dry Curd Cottage Cheese

What do you do with this? it is so good for you, but so dry. Any idea's on how to eat this to make it good?

when I used to buy it, Id throw it in egg whites or brown rice. when it heats up with everything else its really good.

or mix it with some peanut butter and a little water with hand blender until smooth.

Great tips! Thank you! I've wanted to buy it again, but just didn't have a clue how to make it taste, well, taste like something other then just dry 'ol cottage cheese!
