Quick question,
I am in the midst of moving over the next 2 weeks, training is not an issue as i get up and do it first thing. My question with hiit pertains to eating. I usually eat half an hour before doing it as i do with training, but now going between two houses and unpacking I can't quite jive the two and don't want to go 6 hrs before eating. Is food timming important with hiit? Can i do hiit 3 hrs after eating and then have my last meal before I go to bed?

I think you'd be fine...he just doesnt want you doing it first thing in the morning after going 8 hours or so without food.

See how you do though, I find when I have had to wait a bit longer to workout I cant quite get my momentum up the same as when I am fully fueled

For me 3 hours is an empty stomach. I usually eat every 3 hours.

I hate moving. If you just make it to the gym, you are doing awesome. I am in the same situation. It is hard just trying to get everything done you need to in a day. I keep snacks in my car and try to time it the best that I can.

Same. If I tried to do HIIT 3 hours after a meal, I'd be starving!

But I can also eat a meal and work out immediately after, so I guess I just digest things quickly or something.
