Description: Turns out like a custard, sweet and yummy. I used the cheesey zuccini shred recipe and modified it to come up with "custard".
Ingredients: 3 zuccini-shredded
2 ounces of creme cheese
1/4 cup of heavy creme
2 tblsp of butter
pepper
nutmeg
2 eggs-beaten
1 slice of swiss torn into small pieces
How To Prepare: Preheat oven to 350
Spray small baking dish with Pam
Shredd zuccini into baking dish
Microwave creme cheese, butter and heavy creme togather until melted, blend with zuccini.
Add pepper to taste and be generous adding nutmeg
Add beaten eggs and gently mix
Add swiss and push into mixture top, covering swiss with mixture.
Add more nutmeg to top
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 min. Remove foil and continue to bake until top has brown spots and is bubbly (15 min. or so)
