So I get one serving of fruit on my new plan but now I can't find in my old plans where it actually tells you how much one serving is. I know it's one apple/orange or whatever, but what about things like strawberries/blueberries, etc?
I searched but didn't find anything. Thanks in advance

Did you 'search' your plan?
ETA--look under your meal plan. Read everything that's there.

Look on your plan cuz all of mine have examples of fruit servings. It should be in the area with notes on the diet portion.

Yup, no dice. I know it was written in out in my old plans but I can't seem to find the first ones where I know he specified.

· One serving of fruit is approximately equivalent to the following
· 3 oz mango
· 3 ½ oz apple
· ¾ cup frozen blueberries
· 5 oz nectarine
· 3 ½ oz pear
· 7 oz frozen strawberries
· 5 oz orange
There you go my dear
Any fruit to get about 15g carbs or so.

it's the time of year where I could eat nothing but fruit. I seriously love fruit. I could have every meal as protein powder, frozen fruit, and pb blended with some water and ice if needed.

yup, I have never had a bad PB combo. It's a dangerous thing. On some foods it just gives a hint of "hmmm, what is that?"
banana and pb is the best of the best for fruit.

Frozen Strawberries;
7 oz. on a scale is a lot of fruit.
7 oz. in a measuring cup is alot less.
Which one? I don't want to have too many calories/
carbs blah blah blah
pb on fruit? I've tried apple and yuk yuk! Banana and pb nah.. not really!
Put pb on chicken, fish or any other type of meat and NOW we're talking! Boilt eggs and pb are best of all.
It is possible too, to eat pb with salad and then apple or pears can be added. Not great as a combo but doable.

It is - relatively - but strawberries are a low calorie fruit, i.e. one strawberry by itself has very few calories
