Yesterday I went to the gym, did my 1/2 hour cardio plus weights and left. (quick done!) I get a phone call to sub classes at the gym from 5 -8:30. (one weight class, one step class and another weight class) I am dead today because of course I had no idea I was doing this so I could not fuel all day to get me through the workouts. Should I eat more today to make up for yesterday or should I eat normally. (This morning I did Yoga and I do not plan on doing anymore today)
ABout 6 months ago I stoped doing so much cardio because I started to listen to the advice of all of you. I think I am one sick chick for doing so much cardio way back when. I use to go twice a day just for more cardio. Everyone else thought I was crazy, now I know I was. :doh: My legs are going to fall off!!
