Well Ellen makes something similar in an ice cream maker but if you don't have one you could probably put it in the freezer or even chill it in the fridge for a bit and voila. I'd just cut back on the ice cubes just enough to blend it all not so liquidy if that makes sense.

Oh yeah. This is what I do. I mix my pp/cc in a blender w/ sf white chocolate Torani syrup. Freeze and then put it in the fridge during the day. It's the perfect consistency by the time I'm ready to eat it.

I add my skinny cow and sf/ff pudding to it when I'm refeeding.

I take it out of the freezer b/f I leave for work in the AM and it's my last meal. So all day I guess. You could also leave it in the freezer and then defrost in the microwave. But I kind of like it melty. Plus when you add the pudding it gets all creamy and thick. :yum:

sf/ff butterscotch pudding powder?...is that 1 tablespoon or teaspoon? Does that add alot of cals or carbs, or hinder Eriks plan @ all? Do you need it? I make this with out that, but if it would make it creamier or thicker in a good way maybe I can add it too???? This is my favorite meal!

no, SF/FF jello pudding mix... and i only use it during my refeed... adds 3-6 carbs depending on how much i use... 3 carbs for 4gr, 6 carbs for 8gr.
