Anyone not get any stretch marks on their belly?

With my first one I didn't get any, only on my hips.. I know there's no way to tell for the next one, but anybody know of woman who just never got them on their bellies?

I didn't get any on my belly, just on my hips and boobs. Of course they have faded over time.

that's great! my sister had her tummy done too - she had really really terrible stretch marks. they are still there because they were so extensive but she is really happy anyway :)

I only got 2 very small ones on each side and you can't see them really. Got 'em everywhere else though

The only ones that I got, started at my belly button, from my piercing. I often wonder if I would have got them, had I not had my navel pierced.

my mom never got stretch marks on her stomach. not after 2 babies, and not even after losing 80 lbs a couple years ago. I'm hoping that I get that part of her genetics.

I have a few friends who were blessed with the no stretch mark gene even after several(3-5) pregnancies. I myself got a few from my first pregnancy on my belly and boobs, but never got any more with my 3 susequent pregnancies.

I have them on my belly. When I was pregnant the 1st time, I was soo huge, I'm only 5'1 1/2" and my stomach looked like a road map by the time I had my daughter.

I have stretch marks on my hips from getting hips as a teenager..

From pregnancy most of the ones I got were really low on my belly (that I didn't know I even had for a while because I couldn't see them) and above my belly button. I have a few on the sides of my stomach, but they are not very noticeable. So far with this pregnancy I don't think I have any new ones, but my belly stretching out again sure makes the old ones look yucky :( I really disliked having loose skin more than the stretch marks. I hope it's not too bad after this child is born.

Has anyone tried rubbing vitamin E cream on their belly whilt pregnant? I've hrad that works for preventing them but I have no idea if it works.

Streach marks occur way below the surface of the skin and no magic cream concoction will stop them from occurring. It is genetic and a result of the elasticity of your skin. Check out your mom or sisters sometimes that can let you know if you'll get them too.

true- genetics determines whether or not you'll get them.. but it's still fine to use the creams- I have heard that as your belly stretches it gets really itchy and uncomfortable, so lotion, especially vitamin E can really help moisturize.

I have even seen them on males that are really muscular or have gotten fat. Usually up near their pecs.
