View Full Version : How do you split your cals?

On average, how many cals do you have at each meal? Do you split them up evenly thoughout the day? Do you have all small meals and then a huge post workout meal? Just wondering.

Mine are pretty evenly split, with the exception of my first two meals being a bit more calories because that's usually where my carbs are. However, if it's a heavy leg training day, I have more carbs post workout, which is usually meal 3 and/or 4.

for me, it varies from meal to meal.

I divide them up equal for 5 meals and I keep a small meal for later at night because i hate going to bed hungry. :curse:

I always liked 3 bigger meals and three smaller ones
