So I got some samples from work. Not sure if I'm happy with it having the macros. 350 cals is alot and 18g of fat :shock: for 35g of protein. I know that its popluar. Anyone use it?

If you pay attention you'll notice it's the same thing; only a smaller portion. ;)

the powder is great tasting-it is a MRP that is why the high fat

I've had the RTD drinks and they're awesome ... but of course they are. Lots of fat.

I have tried them before. They taste AWESOME, but definitely no good post workout cuz of the fat

I love cookies and cream muscle milk, it tastes like baileys to me. I don't drink them now but as far as the fats they are good fats so if you can fit them into your macros I don't see a problem. Not p/w of course like Jax said, I'm probably wrong though

the cookies and cream one was :barf: tasted nothing like what I wanted it to taste like. Powdery after taste.
