The one I bought is lemon flavoured. It's not too bad. And it's only one tsp per serving. Burps afterwards only taste like lemon too. ;)

I get fish burps about once every two months. It's not really an issue w/ me. I'd think that pill form is cheaper, no? :scratch:

Because there's evidence that a proportion of EFA's get used for energy (which I suppose is fairly obvious actually), I try and remember to take fish oils alongside a meal containing fat - the idea being that the EFA's get to do what I want them to, as opposed to simply being a source of energy.
