ive never used them... but ive 'manufactured' my own poor-mans version :lol:

take a mouse pad, tear off the upper fabric layer, cut in 4x4 inch squares... WHA-LAH, these make AWESOME grips!!!! :girly:

I like 'em well enough. And if you get two pair, you can use them to create a sort of poor-man's fat-bar, which Eric Cressey has also recommended in at least one of his articles. (I remain convinced that he stole the idea from me, of course.)

Wow, these look great I think I would like to try them. I have stopped using my gloves for quite sometime now, but my hands hurt like hell when I lift. I have the nasties calluses on my hands and the pain just isn't pretty.
