How much coffee is too much?

Just wondering, sometimes I have 3 large cups, I use only nonfat milk and splenda but is this ok?

I think the issue would be the milk more than the coffee itself. How much milk do you use?

Definitely depends on your goals. 1/8th of a cup in 3 cups is still less than 1/2 cup milk total, which isn't that much. If dairy isn't off limits to you, I'd say you're fine. I use 4 tablespoons total of fat free creamer each day for my coffee habit. The 40 calories are worth it to me!

what if you put 4 packets of sweetner in each one?....haha, my coffee is pretty much sweetner with a little liquid. This is always my main concern when I start hitting the 3 cup mark.

I basically use 4-5 packets, I have a bigger then normal cup though. I think I will limit my coffee to one per day , I need to drink more water anyhow. :p
