Ok, I should know this and I don't want anyone to make fun of me but what good is drinking alot of water? Like over a gallon per day.

What does it really do besides make you have to pee alot? I read once that it isn't good to do that because then your body can't absorb the food you eat.

I just want to know what purpose it serves or what advantage it has?

most direct results I've seen - drink water and i drop weight. don't drink water and i gain weight. thats enough for me.
