2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

3 T Fresh Lime Juice
1 T Worcestershire
1 t Liquid Smoke
1/2 t Splenda
1/4 Cup Vidalia Onion Chopped
3 Cloves Garlic Chopped
1/2 t Cumin
1/2 t Oregano
1/4 t Chipotle Powder
Sea Salt/Fresh Ground Pepper To Taste

Combine everything in bowl, mix well. Spray heavy duty foil with Pam. Place chicken/marinade in center of foil and seal tightly. Grill on upper rack of pre-heated grill 20-25 minutes/until done. Plate chicken, top with marinade. Serves 2.

I made this last night and it was so good!! Thanks for posting the recipe.
:drool: I like having a bit of tang in my chicken and I'm getting kind of tired of Frank's Red.

is this considered clean even w/ the lime juice?

is lime or lemon juice clean?

There's hardly any juice to make much difference, but yes I would call it clean ;)

I would be more concerned about the worchestershire sauce and liquid smoke than the lemon/lime juice. The worcestershire has HFCS in it as well as molasses.
