When i was working with someone she counted Non-starchy veggies as 25cals but unlimited to the amount.
I was wondering how everyone else counts their veggies, with the cals and carbs.
I was thinking of just entering it in fitday and write in the exact amount i eat.
And should i be counting them as a carb?
I eat a lot green beans :)
but i like broccoli and peas too

Most people don't count fibrous veggies, but do count starchy one (like corn). It's up to you.

Sefora - the threads on this show that most don't count them and that some do...pretty much up to you. The suggestions seemed to be unless you eat a truckload of them - like 3 cups a meal is pretty significant - then don't. The idea was you should not bother counting, BUT if your porgress halts then maybe take a look at it.
