What can I do with this. It was another one of those things I bought for a recipe from Gourmet Nutrition, and have only used it once.
I was wondering, could I add it to ground beef or chicken when making hamburger patties, instead of oats or breadcrumbs?

Yes, you could use it for that.
I use mine ALL the time. Probably to excess.
I add it to my pancakes, waffles, muffins, yogurt, etc. I've actually even added it to protein shakes before, but wasn't very impressed with that.
If you're on a strict P/C P/F diet, adding it to the carbs above is probably a no-no due to it's fat content.
My package says that you can use flaxseed meal to replace most of the oil in baked goods recipes, but that it will cause them to brown faster. This seems to be true with the pancakes especially, so I usually cook them at a lower temp than normal.

I use it in my meatballs & meatloaf.
I use it in my muffins/pancakes/waffles, too.
