View Full Version : Order of meals.

Hi all, this is my 2nd week into the program and until i get it right i'll be on here asking alot of questions so i apologise in advance.
My question is can you rearrange the meals? Such as i'm about to have some chicken with sweet potato but at the moment i feel like having the tuna. So do i have the tuna or do i stick with the way my meal plan is set out?

It is my understanding that the carbs need to be around the workout but the protein doesn't matter as much, unless it is a slower absorbing protein. Those, like cottage cheese, need to be at night. Is that correct?
So, your sweet potato would be in the meal around your workout (post-post Wo meal) and it wouldn't matter as much if you changed out the protein as long as it is plan friendly, right?

Thanks Heather. It was the protein i wanted to change around, but now i know to keep the carbs close to work out times. So much to learn......

If you are a client of Erik's, ask him. Usually the meals are in an order for a reason.
