Thanks for posting that. While I'm not a big fan of cottage cheese on it's own, I'm hoping I can learn to like it by incorporating it into "pancakes," and other things. Thanks!

I snagged a book called '101 cottage cheese recipies' at the library book sale last week for a quarter. Didn't get time to do more then flip through, but I am amazed at the creativity of people when it comes to cottage cheese.
