Just went on the lean bodies consulting website, yet could not find any idea about the charge for service. Anyone know before I send an e-mail?

It feels really good to have 110% confidence in the person telling you what to do. That is new for me. Then if you don't get results it is all on you. You have to be patient, but well worth it.

I am using Thunder's counsulting services now and have been for about a month. It is well worth it. I saw results in inches lost so quickly that it has been easy to continue. I told Thunder that I feel like a science experiment in human metabolism that is proving Thunder's hypothesis. All I seem to do is eat, but the inches and pounds are disappearing. Also, he designs the plan to include foods you indicate you will eat in the paperwork he sends before you begin. Good luck!

How long did it take each of you to get started w/ your program from the time you first contacted Thunder?

I contacted him well in advance of when I wanted to start, but from what I understand 2-3 weeks is norm. Well worth the wait and investment!! :)

And that's from when he receives your stuff. If mail is slow it will take that much longer.

Took abouta week for my check to get there and about 3 weeks before I received my first package.
So I was thinking about this earlier, and besides a lot of food containers and a digital scale (things I already have), what else do I need to have to start Erik's program? I wanna be prepared.
Oh yeah, lots of fish oil too I'm guessing... lol :p

Just make sure you had the food you put on the list and the digital scale. Along with tupperwares, like you have. Just wait till you get the program. The minute I got mine I went power shopping LOL.
