Hey - I am going on a road trip tomorrow and would REALLY like to get away from taking a cooler for multiple reasons I am not getting into right now. Nonetheless, some of my snacks contain cottage cheese. Do you think yu could freeze your cottage cheese blended with your pumpkin, strawberries, pp, or whatever you mix with yours????
My thoughts are - if I freeze this tonight and take it out in the mroning it would be okay in my purse frozen until mid afternoon.
