So yesterday I went to workout and then didn't get to eat anything after. I know, my fault. We were suppose to go out to eat before the movies, but didn't have time. :oops:
But I was just wondering what happends to the body when you don't eat after a workout (for the rest of the day).
I'm definately more sore today than usual.

I don't know the answer to your question, but I would have fainted if I hadn't eaten post workout!

To answer your question, you are probably using hard earned muscle as energy in those types of situations. EAT PWO! :)

I have had that happen to me, missing my PWO meal and feeling a little more sore the next day. Figure that meal is supposed to aid in your recovery it would make sense that you are more sore than normal.

Or it could just be a mind fuck.
