Do you need a certain amount of posts to see other threads. Like the public journals?

Under "General" I only see Private journals.

Yes, you need a minimum number of posts to see the public journals and chat, but I'm not sure what the number is.

hmmm there are other threads? I can't see them and I have more than 10 posts. I'd love to start a journal. :)
