So, I have had a not under my right shoulder blade for over a week now. I have tried to work it out on the foam roller, foam ball, massage, etc. What am I doing wrong? I hurts so bad I just put all my weight on it on the roller and try to bear it as much as possible. It is a big knot. You can feel it. It won't budge.

Now that is just dumbshittery. (stole your word) I am serious this mother hurts. Do I just keep putting pressure on it or will it go away on its own? Answer my question , dammit.

Whenever I've used foam rollers, things don't work themselves out overnight... it takes a few times and is really painful at first, but keep working at it... and try working the area around the knot...
You could also try sitting in a hot tub with a spout directly on that... that always helps me with kinks & stuff...
if that doesn't work and it's still there another week, I'd consider getting a message therapist...

No no, you have it all wrong.
Dumbshittery is when you do something like a dumb shit.
The word you're looking for there is faggotry.

I've had that before, and yes, it does hurt a lot!
The only things that helped me were massage (not the kind that feels good, but rather where you apply some pressure on the knot and around it) and ice packs.

I think that you should also post this on Oxygen. You know, go for the forum trifecta.
