I got the recipe from Kraft Foods
1 c peanut butter
1/2 c sugar
1 egg
I used natty pb; 1/2 c splenda & 1 egg. It was dry & crumbly!!!! :curse:
What can I use to make it stick together more? Canola oil? Butter?

Try adding more PB or eggwhites.

I had to use smart balance.
It is the only way to keep the oil in the pb which prevents it from crumbling.
They are soooo yummy though!!!

You just ball them up like cookie dough and bake em.
Gosh I miss those!!!
I would add vanilla extract too.

1 cup Smart Balance PB
1 egg
1tsp vanilla
3/4-1 C Splenda
Mis together (it takes a minute to get the consistency of cookie dough.
Scopp out Tablespoons and place them on cookie sheet.
You can kind of press them down a bit so they aren't balls, the inside won't get baked all the way.
350 for about 10 minutes or so?
Applesauce, milk any of that is not going to hold the cookies together. You NEED the oil to not separate from the peanut butter.
And be careful, once you have one, you will be making them every day.
I miss them so.
