Crock Pot Recipes

Does anyone have any good recipes for the crock pot? I'd like to use mine more but having trouble finding recipes or websites that have some clean meals.

Any help would be appreciated.

White Chicken Chili

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
1 large onion,
2 clove garlic ,
1 cup chicken broth
2 can (14-19 ounces) navy beans,
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Optional (but sooo yummy)
4 ounce baked tortilla chips
1/2 cup reduced-fat extra-sharp Cheddar cheese,
sour cream
Chives/Scallions

Warm oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 10 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring frequently. Remove and set aside. Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook 5 minutes, or until tender. Spoon chicken, onion, and garlic into a slow cooker. Add broth, beans, mustard powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Simmer on low 5 to 6 hours. Serve over tortilla chips, sprinkle with cheese and chives.

The only thing I use mine for at the moment is to make my chicken for the week. I got this idea at a different forum. I take chicken breast, season them with salt, lemon pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary. Crumble 5 pieces of aluminum foil into balls, place them at the bottom of the pot, and place the chicken on top. I set it on high for about 4 hours and then turn it to low for about another 2. This is the only way I can get my chicken breasts to stay moist. They literally fall apart.
