what do you mean?

when you send a msg, you have the option of adding it to your sent file. ...you mean it's not saving them when you request it?

It's not automatic, you have to choose the option for it to save them.

That's what I'm doing wrong then. Uggh...my email on msn is like that too. It's annoying.
