Waffles

Has anyone ever tried to make waffles using the protein pancake batter? Does it work? I really like the protein pancakes, but thought it would be nice to mix it up a bit and make it into a waffle.

Yes it does. Make sure you spray your waffle iron really good with a non-stick spray. Otherwise you are left with a BIG mess on your hands.

I make waffles every Sat - triple the recipe so we have meals on the go. I stick them in ziploc baggies and toss in the freezer. You can put them in the toaster when you want to eat them.

I wouldn't put blueberries into the batter. I would just top your waffles afterwards. Again, it makes a mess.
