VACATION

SHould I take a break, just do cardio or maintain my current routine while in Vegas Memorial Day weekend?

What do you guys think? Every year I do my current routine and can not make up my mind. I plan on doing something about three of my 5 days there. I would like not to gain any weight and if I have to just 2 -3 pounds or less. :train:

I probably wouldn't do anything, lol....or just weights. No way am I forcing myself to do cardio on a vacation

YOu know, I kinda agree with you and was heading that route sine I can not remember the last time I actually gave myself a rest. Then when I come back, I can start my routine I got from Lean Boddy that I never started. :oops:

I just get nervous when my what little abs I have that are in sight and my arms start to disappear from laying around baking in the sun disappear! Then I get a little over hang on my pants and I panick. I think I am crazy! :shutit:

If you are going to be in Vegas, why not walk the strip? That will give you PLENTY of exercise to burn the calories off from the food & drinks!!

I am leaving 1 treat for myself. I love the Geloto at the Venetian in front of Jimmy Chous and Canaletto's by the Gondola Ride, They make a great Sugar free gelato I have been looking forward to this as my cheat for three months!!

I always say I'll work out on vacations, and for some odd reason, I never do. :lol: Walking the strip will be good enough IMO. It's a vacation, so take a break. :)
