It'd be quite comical ... to be honest.

first I strapped on about 400lbs of plates onto my shoulders... haha JUST KIDDING! :)

I used the lat pulldown seat to do them... we don't have a glute-ham at the gym I work at - so, I got inventive... or... maybe just using the most obvious thing.

I hooked my ankles underneath the quad-cushion and my knees were just out over the seat (toward the back).

I had to hold onto a POLE - yes - a wood pole that people use to do side twists to "spot" me on the way up... I lowered myself down FAIRLY ok... but curling up I had to stabilize myself with the poll... I'd say, I got 9-12 reps in each of the 3 sets before I was relying moreso on the poll. LOL

In good news - my hams feel like they got WORKED today (along with some other work I did).

Yeah, that's a great hamstring exercise.

This is the way I do them. I have my friend spot me so I don't have to worry about falling on my face  and he 'catches' me and then 'tosses' me back up. Then he gets on there and does 'em and makes it look so easy! :tantrum:

You can actually also just place a bench in front of you and catch yourself and 'push off' to help yourself back up.

I have a video of Noel demonstrating this on my site.

I do them by hooking my feet under a rail. I catch myself on the floor and give myself a push to get back up.

I hook my feet under a rail on the squat rack. Then I put a resistance band around one of the supports that is a little higher than my shoulders.(behind me) I hold the handles of the band at my shoulders and I use it to counterbalance myself back to start. Proceed to rest of gym looking at me like I am crazy. (what else is new)

Hope this is not confusing......

That's the way I started off... then I remembered the pole and lat pulldown way... and considering I fell once already because I "forgot" to actually GRAB the res bands lol ... I decided POLE it was!!! :)
