I attempt to drink 4L of water daily but I was wondering...do you count the water you drink while you're working out? I drink 24-32 oz. at the gym but I look like perspire about that much after my workout. So, would I include that water in my daily total or drink the 4L in addition to it? Sorry if it's a silly question...just always wondered.

Thanks!

Em

Me, too. I just buy a gallon jug each day and make sure it's gone at night. :)

Mine is usually done by noon.

Then I don't have to worry about it all day.

I'm going to steal *that* idea.

I always try to have mine gone by 5pm so I am not up all night going pee.

I never even thought of doing that. Of course, if I wake up at 10am, it'll be a little later than noon, but still. Seriously considering a diaper to get a good nights' sleep is getting really old.

hahaha I should be able to do that without a problem. Why is it alcohol could go down faster than water? It really is a serious question. It seems like I can get that amount down in no problem in a small amount of time, but I'd have to be on a mission with water?

Because the process of drinking alcohol is WAY more fun. :D
