I'm impressed with the amount of protein in the cheesecake! But I was never able to finish a slice on my own...half always felt like lots

I for sure am an eating wimp! I feel quite :flex: when I finish a whole 700cals Fajita Bol from Chipotle :lol3:
I do not keep my normal food clean, but moderation comes very easy for me. Fast food places have gotten mad at me before, I'd ask if I could get a milkshake in a kid's size...small (12oz) just does not seem small to me

Yeah I didn't need to know how many calories were in all that freaking cheesecake I ate last week. :sadcry: I can eat a whole piece by myself...I don't share desserts. I may have to rethink that.

Cheese Fries - that would explain why a client of mine gained 100 pounds with her first pregnancy  She said she ate those several times per week and potatoes were pretty much the only thing she ate.

:faint:

I may have had one or 2 of those in the past as I worked at Outback for about 8 years

NOW you know what it's like. :zipit:

:funny:

Good thing I don't like the Outback cheese fries. :flex:

Both the cheesecake and the Starbies that I get are different flavors and slightly less calories. :girly: Cuz we all know 50 calories less than that won't make you fat.

:wavesad:

I firmly believe that sharing dessert is bulls*&t. Everyone knows they really want one of their own.:lol3: Or two.

Why should they? You have calorie-coaxing down to an art form. :bannana:

I had never tried it with cheese fries before so I was hesitant. Pizza, easy. Cheese fries? Different strategy required. But I was successful.

I'm pretty sure that the 2900 calorie cheese fries are only in other regions around the country. The same cheese fries here only have about 200 calories. :whistling:

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
