So before starting with Erik, my coffees were 3 milk, 1 sweetener. Is this still ok? I REALLY don't like black coffee, though if I am very tired, I will suffer through if I have to....

Some ppl add pp instead of milk. It's never worked for me it looks all curdled and chunky :shrug:
I didn't like it black either but I've learned to enjoy it.

I gave up my milk when I started with Erik. Trying stirring the PP with a fork- it tends to break up the clumps.

I don't work with Erik so could you explain what is wrong with milk in the coffee? Is it a question of messing up macros or calories or is it something else? May be a moot point for me anyway as I am going vegan

if your not working with erik and it fits your macros there is nothing wrong with it.

Those that want to add protein powder, try putting some coffee into the powder wet it, then add it to your coffee and it shouldnt clump

As Inatic said, if it fits your program and macros don't worry.

I personally gave up coffee altogether for good. I was having some issues related to excess of cortisol and caffeine was one of the big offenders. Now I drink gree tea.

I don't like milk, that's why I don't drink it :p I have read, however, that milk interferes/delays protein synthesis, plus lactose does some undesired bloating in some people.

I use half and half.

just factor the cals into your daily totals. moderation is fine
