When you're not in contest prep, but you are cutting, what condiments do you use? Are any off limits or do you just use as desired but count them in your total macros?

*(avoid it for dietary reasons, not because you don't care for it)

Mayo?
Ketchup?
BBQ Sauce?

Not really a condiment, but:

Cool whip free?
Unsweetened Cocoa Power?
Extracts/Liqueors?
Sugar Free Syrup?

I use any spice
sf syrups
extracts
mustards (some)

I don't use mayo and ketchup but I love both

I use fat-reduced mayo and sometimes unsweetened cocoa. I count both in my totals.

I also use extracts and sometimes mustard, neither of which I count.

That's about it for me and condiments.

I use most condiments.

I don't buy ketchup, but do enjoy it out as part of a free meal. I stopped buying it years ago when I was doing LC nutrition. I'm a mustard addict so I don't miss it at home.

I don't care for cool whip-type products. Yep, I even scrape it off my pumpkin pie. :D

I use alot. I don't like plain, bland food.

-salt. I use way more salt than anyone I know. I need to see it on my food.
-Mustard/splenda
-ketchup (can't eat eggs without it)
-salsa
-salsa/lite sour cream as a dressing
-lime juice/cilantro
-lite pancake syrup on my oats/egg white pancake
-REGULAR Ranch salad dressing on occasion.:shhh:
-butter spray
-soy sauce/ginger


I pretty much use what I like- I just add it into my daily totals. :shrug:

I had condiments up until 10 days before competition-- ketchup and spicy mustard were my friends. :hehe:

Light Hidden Valley Ranch (less than 1T usually)
Splenda, Splenda, and oh...Splenda (although I did learn to live without for the last few weeks of comp prep)
HOT Sauce!! (frank's mmmm....)

I actually eat most foods plain... I'm totally Plain Jane :lol3:

The only condiments I use are:
cinnamon
Stevia (in my oatmeal)
Old Bay seasoning in my chicken (sometimes)
salt, pepper on my steak

:clap: I use a ton of salt too. I like to think of it as adding texture, not just flavor. CR-UUU-NCH!! :lol:

I use all spices and herbs (fresh and dried) - LOTS in almost everything.
different types of mustards
homemade bbq sauces
oliveoil/flax mayo
salsas
vinegars
soy sauce (well for Will I dont like)
honey
100% pure maple syrup
stevia
sea salt
extra dark cocoa powder
preservative free salad dressings

gosh, much more I am sure. nothing fake though

Mustard (plain, spicy, southwest)
Vanilla extract
salsa
Frank's hot sauce

I use most things listed, but one that hasnt been is reduced fat sour cream. Love it! Especially with salsa on eggs :yum:
