I decided to try a colon cleansing formula from the health food store--after hearing so many people getting good results

I haven't seen any dramatic results but my desire for sugar has almost left completely---I feel like even tree bark could be a good meal at this point......junk food just doesn't seem to be that attractive anymore

mc B--I remember 2 years ago when I thought I had a bladder infection I took quadruple doses of grapfruit seed extract--that also cured sugar cravings--the liquid version did-not the pills---

this one-I've only been on it a week or so--one bottle of pills dislodges any build ups on your colon wall (which contribute to cancer) and the other bottle--hold on to your hat--kills parasites-if you have any--which with eating raw produce is possible --personally I don't feel I do because of my grapefruit seed extract habit--that stuff will kill anything--so does Oregeno oil -and lots of garlic is a close second---


you can get a similar effect with a fast Willie Nelson does-he learned it from Indians-I tried it for one day and lost sugar cravings

it's basically organic lemons squeezed into purified water with lots of organic Cayenne pepper--drink as much as you can for three days

That one looks cool. I've had to do some cleanses in the past. I did one 2 weeks ago from a NSAID reaction that messed me all up and had to get it out of my system to feel better and that one looks like its good.

I don;t care what people say those things work so well and you feel so much better after. I alwasy seem to lose the sugar craving for about a week then it comes back. :oops:
