I don't understand why one week I can feel strong and push the weights around with good numbers, and the next week everything feels WAY heavy and I have to drop weight. WHY!??!??! :mad:

Is it possible that it's a hormonal cycle thing? I know I feel better/stronger certain times during the month.

Are you dieting? It does happen to me sometimes when dieting (not so much when bulking)

Are you consistently getting enough rest/sleep?

Is your diet/water intake consistent from day to day?

Do you allow enough rest days?

Sometimes taking a rest day on a planned training day is enough to make me feel more refreshed.

hmm... well I got plenty of sleep last night, I am not dieting, my water intake is about 3 liters....I do get enough rest days since I'm doing a full body 3x a week.

I don't know. Maybe it's hormonal as Susan said....it doesn't usually happen to me where I just SUCK and feel like a weakling. :tantrum:
