I normally train in the morning but I am having to train at night tomorrow. When I train in the AM, I have oatmeal and eggwhites. Do I have to still have that right before my workout or can I have that in the AM, and then eat my other meals throughout the day, saving my pwo meals for after my workout?

No, you don't have to have your egg whites/oatmeal meal pre-workout if you don't want to.

It can stay as your first meal of the day and then you can proceed with your other planned meals, just moving your PWO meal as you planned to.
