    Eating copious amounts of chocolate
    I've been working on my fitness for about 11 years now. I've done a little of everything. I was a marathon runner for several years, but got bored with all the long hours. Being in my head for 3-4 hours at a time got to be too much. I just couldn't overthink and overanalyze things anymore. I then started weight lifting. I really like what it did for my body. Since then, I've kept up the lifting but was probably doing too much cardio and not eating enough calories. I never, in 11 years, really got my body to where I wanted it to be. When I got pregnant last year, I was in the best shape of my life, and I weighed almost 10lbs more than I do now. After the baby came, I thought my abs would be the hardest thing to get back, but it wasn't. My booty had dropped so low, it was turning into a cankle. I've tried everything I can over the last 12 months to get my butt back where it was before, but my old school ways of doing things just don't seem to be working anymore. Now I'm working with LBC and hoping to FINALLY meet my fitness goals.

    Losing fat and eventually gaining muscle.
