I use broth in place of oil to saute veggies and stir fry meat, adding in garlic, etc.

My current favourite oatmeal and fruit combo. :drool: Yummy topped with some greek yogourt and cinnamon.
I use Greens + in a pill format. Lots of pills, but I couldn't stomach the powder.
The berry flavour tastes like no berry I am familiar with....

You can do something like low fat cottage cheese or greek yogourt as a pre bed meal if you want something with casein.
Body weight circuits or HIIT may be better options than steady state.
